Observation details
A pair of Blue Jays were heard first, then observed near the Canoe Launch bridge. They were light blue above, white below, and had a white wing bar and white tips to the tail feathers. The two were regularly harassed by a mated pair of AMCR (observed copulating), at the top of a large Cottonwood tree. After 30 minutes, the BLJA flew north, over the neighbouring gravel pit.
