Observation details
The facial skin was pale, the eye was dark, the white facial eyeline was thin and did not encompass the area behind the eye, the legs were a greenish grey with pink at the "knee" bend. This is the individual which I think people seeing it recently noted it as being alone. I found it with a standard breeding plumage WFIB for comparison.
