Observation details
Initially ID'd as a Semi or White-rump, but after looking at my pictures and doing some research, Dunlin fits much better. It was pretty large, only slightly smaller than the nearby Pectoral sandpipers. It also had a longish and more droopy bill than I'm used to seeing on standard peeps. As Fred Atwood and Aaron Graham pointed out, it appears to be molting black feathers on its belly, indicating Dunlin. Lifer! Photos attached.
