Observation details
Juv/female found by Frank Windfelder. Some poor photos (on water with Common Merganser, and flight shots). About 1115 picked up heading north then looped around and disappeared flying off strongly to the Southeast. Seemed headed for Delaware River. Liam Hart watched it until it was out of sight.
