Observation details
One seen on RV Celtic Explorer while 40.5 nautical miles SW of Loop Head, Co. Clare / 23.5 nautical miles NW of Sybil Head, Co. Kerry at 52.388851, -11.012882. Present for about 10 minutes before flying off out to sea. Seen well at close range (perched on railings, inside the RIB etc.) but very flighty.
