Observation details
We saw one Poorwill on the trail near the split with the Coastal trail. As we approached the lagoon area, we saw two more on the trail at the same time. While it's possible that the first bird we saw was one of the two birds we saw later near the lagoon, the distance between the two sightings seemed to indicate these were probably three different birds.
