Observation details
Adult moulting/non-breeding plumage. Sixteenth Irish record and the first for County Dublin. A well twitched bird! Also seen in Wexford before and after the Dublin sightings plus later seen in France! See pages 245 and 246 in the 2014 Irish Rare Bird Report here http://irbc.ie/reports/irbr/2014_IRBR.pdf
