Observation details
Photos taken and include are by Shawneen Finnegan. Dave Ward showed me a photo he took of it that showed the yellow webbing between the toes. The WISP was all black except for paler carpal bar that didn't extend to the edge of the wing. Had an extensive white rump patch that wrapped around onto the flanks, but was not as wide a band as on a Wedge-rumped Storm-Petrel. Triangular shaped wings undergoing heavy secondary molt. Very familiar with them from seeing thousands off the East Coast. My first for Oregon. Record send to OBRC.
