Observation details
Dave found this bird in a tree along the east shore. I was able to see it well and get photos. The bird was a female as it lacked red and black breast marks/bands. The small short tailed warbler was actively feeding often hanging upside down kinglet style from the ends of the branches. The bright yellow throat and breast, white belly and undertail coverts, olive green triangular back patch, blue-gray head, face and wings, white eye crescents, white outer tail feather spots, orangish-yellowish legs and feet, two bold white wing bars and orange lower mandible were all easily observed. Photos taken and will be added to the checklist soon.
