Subtitle: Thunderstorm. A distant thunderstorm that approaches during the 38 minute recording. Rain starts at approximately 11:00. The microphones were placed under a gazebo-like structure in the forest. Habitat was foothill rainforest with much moss and epiphytic growth. Lots of tree ferns and an overstory of Araucaria angustifolia. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest. Equipment Notes: Recorded in MS stereo with Sennheiser MKH 20 and 30 placed on short tripod on the ground.
