Observation details
Continuing bird in pool 4 mudflats. Juvenile bird, short black bill, white forehead, dark gray hood and brown back, shoulders almost orange in gray light. Black primaries tipped with white. Waddling around frantically feeding on mudflats. Left multiple times to bathe in other pools but came back by highway pullout. Also saw black-headed adult bird distantly around 8 am along far eastern side of Pool 4 with RBGU
