Observation details
Light phase adult seen and documented by other birders. Soaring above ridge, vocalizing occasionally. Wings sweep in towards body on trailing edge. Primaries dar and underside of wing cream-colored, with dark trailing edges. Dark head and bib, barred tail, black terminal band and white tip. Lifer for me! Wahoo!
