Observation details
Carefully studied. A flock of ten birds flying low over a residential area, mixed with few Vaux's Swifts. Typical shape (tailless), uniformly dark with contrasting pale rump. They had no evident contrast between throat and underparts, as seen in the accompanying Vaux's Swifts. These birds stayed at the site, vocalizing. I took some marginal, but conclusive, photos.
