Observation details
Rare in state except at active airports. Seen on first runway that runs roughly east-west in from Trotter Road (in line with an angled steel structure just south across the second runway).Seen at close range. Got some photos. The bird then flew up slowly and gained height, circled around airfield (courtship flight?).
