NOTES: Cover density: OPEN; BNA: The male song is heard. CZ 19/07/2004. [Ten songs that contain relatively little in the way of mimicry, though the song at 0:16 may end with imitations of the flight call of Loxia curvirostra, the song at 0:39 appears to end with elements imitated from the songs of both Junco hyemalis and Piranga ludoviciana, and the songs at 0:27, 0:54, 1:09, 1:26, 1:38, 1:52, and 2:04 include elements much like the song of Junco hyemalis and a flight call of Coccothraustes vespertinus. Quality changed from 1-2 to 2 (the crackle here is excessive) - CAM - 7 February 2005]. Habitat: Evergreen Forest, Coniferous Forest.
