Observation details
Possibly a juvenile, since the top of the head is not very blue. A similar bird was seen in the same place last month. Today the bird was mostly silent, but called once loudly as it flew in to join the flock (accompanied by two albifrons). Size was much larger than the Yellow-naped Parrot that was in the same tree.
