Observation details
Seen perched alone on a channel marker about 150 yards off of the SW corner of the Chamberlin. Very large compared to DCCO in immediate vicinity. White chin and flat blocky head visible through scope. Ernie took some additional in flight photos. It took flight to the east we were not able to resight.
