Observation details

All 5 birds were first seen bathing in a small waterhole created by the last rain. The birds were across the gravel road from where the 4 upland sandpipers were seen. This is also land that has recently been developed for the Wetland Reserve Program. The birds were later located feeding together in the disked field surrounding the waterhole.
