NOTES: Bird was well seen as it twice crossed the trail right above the station at the beginning of the interpretive trail; when recorded, the bird was 10-18 meters away and on the ground, at times on the trail through cloudforest; in response to playback, the bird did a circle around us, generally silently but it called at times; high thin clouds, calm, 65¡ F. Response to playback: Approach. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Cloudforest, Evergreen Forest.
