NOTES: I saw a singing male of this species before I recorded what appeared to be two birds singing and calling 35 meters away and 30+ meters up amid a mixed-species flock in the canopy of a large tree in tall terra firme forest just beyond the first stream crossing along the right fork of the second spur (ramal) road in the INCRA project; partly cloudy, calm, 79¡ F. Other Behaviors: Establish Flock Contact, Mate, Advertise, Social Context: Mixed. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
