NOTES: I saw two birds here, one of which flew in after I made the first part of the recording and first investigated a termite nest before perching on an open branch 20-22 meters away and 18-20 meters up in trees over the stream; two birds were present for the latter part of the recording, but I could never be sure if I recorded both birds or just one of them; the second bird began singing right over where the first bird had been, but after one bird flew off (though I was not sure if the bird that flew was the one that sang in the first part of the recording); at the end, the second bird was about 15 meters away and 15 meters up over my head; this was recorded in terra firme forest with some palms at the first stream crossing [04¡ 27' 56Ó S, 59¡ 33' 12Ó W] along the right fork of the second spur (ramal) road in the INCRA project; full overcast, calm, 85¡ F. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, Creek, Riparian.
