Observation details
At least 3 each male and female. Chip call similar to that of Anna's Hummingbird but they also have a chipmunk-like, squeaky/resonant call and a high, metallic twittering similar to the vocalizations of Vaux's Swifts chasing each other. One of most common native shrubs in the scrub around here has orange tubular flowers now, and mangos were using those.
