NOTES: Unseen bird was 20-25 meters away and about the same distance up overhead in good terra firme forest, 200 meters out the trail from the road towards the tower; unseen when recorded but seen briefly later; in response to my whistled imitation, the bird approached but it gave a similar song; there were other birds in the area but this bird was not really associated with a flock; still relatively dark; weather same [ mostly clear, calm, mid- to upper 70s]. Response to playback: Approach. Response to playback: Normal song. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
