Observation details
The juvenile bald eagle perching on a tree for a while, among a murder of northwestern crows, spotted a fish and caught it, tried to carry the catch away, and finally ate it on the spot. After about 5-10 minutes the number of crows sitting around the eagle increased and they started poking the eagle (was like the scene in the Matrix movie). Number of the crows suddenly rose so much that the eagle left. This was the time with a few thousand crows in and over the Piper Spit.
