NOTES: A pair of birds that seemed to be mobbing something about 10-12 m away and 2-3 m up around a vine tangled trunk amid deciduous forest with grass, rocks, and many bromeliads, all just beyond where trail began to descend the hill; these birds seemed to attract a wide variety of other birds (male Florisuga melivora, pairs of both Dacnis lineata and Dacnis cayana, 2-3 Tangara mexicana, Tangara gyrola); suggested to have a nest, but I never saw these birds here again; dense smoke bank overhead, calm, humid, 80¡ F [= RCR160-161]. Other Behaviors: Scold, Social Context: Mixed. Habitat: Forest, Deciduous Forest, Scrub, Rocky.
