Observation details
**High count for this shorebird depauperate county. Flock hiding in cattails on NW side of lake. Photos. All birds in alternate plumage. Much more extensive patterned with dark bars than Lesser with longer, slightly upturned bills. Took off at 8:37 and headed north, calling loudly before taking off, then silent once heading north.
