Media notes
Focal recordings of GFS1095 / LSU B-96370 (juvenile male). This bird began calling after its parents, GFS1093 / LSU B-96368 (female) & GFS1094 / LSU B-96369 (male), were collected. The whistles given by this bird were generally undeveloped, harsh, and more variable than the whistles of the adults. Likely calling to determine where parents were. Observed this behavior later with another pair. *****These recordings are part of ongoing research on tyrannid vocal repertoires. Please contact Glenn Seeholzer (seeholzer.glenn@gmail.com) if you are interested in using them for other research projects.*****
