Observation details
Reported earlier today by several birders. Handsome drake on shallow water at far east end of Cell 3, along with Mottled ducks and various waders. Rusty-red head with broad peachy-buffy central head stripe; bold white covert patch (obvious when opening / beating wings); undertail coverts still black. A few distant photos.
