Observation details
Continuing. Saw it on my second try. Foraged actively in redcedars. Moved around a bit and would disappear for long stretches. First seen in a cedar near where the gravel paths intersect. Black, gray, and white bird with a bold black stripe across its eye and cheek, with white semi-circles above and below the stripe and a black cap. A small yellow dot was visible near the base of its bill. Throat and undersides white with a black collar and some black streaking on its flanks.
