Observation details
Continuing in low scrub adjacent to main tee behind maintenance yard. Actively feeding on small insects, easily confusable with a Ruby-crowned Kinglet given non-stop wing and tail flicking, frenetic foraging pattern. Appears to be a first-fall bird with eccentric preformative molt. In life the bird appeared much greener above and yellower below than it seems in these photos, therefore I think safely identified as an Eastern Bell's Vireo.
