Observation details

Continuing. I watched it off and on for almost five hours. It must have eaten at least 15 grasshoppers in that last hour. Every time it dropped down, it was successful. Around 4:45, it flew to the top of a pine tree along the north line of the red barn, and around 4:50, it took off high and fast to the southeast. I think it was fueling up to migrate, and won't be back. Edit: Refound the next morning.
