From the trail on south side of pocket pond, you can see (barely) the yellow crowned. I put a red arrow just over the bird (on left). The bird on the right (no arrow) is an adult black crowned. I zoomed in and can see the second year bird in the brush where the thin arrow is. I can zoom on my picture but not the one I upload. I think it is it but it is really terrible resolution
Observation details
I didn't see the second year bird or the one that hides near the flap gates but this first year bird was at his usual spot about 100 yards from the trail coming down from Kennebunk Street entrance on north side of pocket pond behind a very large log laying parallel to the shore.
