Observation details

Out on the bay in a tight float. Suddenly started leap frogging over the ones in front covering a large amount of territory. Seemed to be chasing a school of fish. BRPE also joined them. In flight had a crook in their necks. Extensive yellow on their faces. Counted in 25s to approx 350. Probably under counted. 50 seen separately on pier.
