Observation details
In Bald Cypress bare snags at dam. Largish Contopus flycatcher with stark white throat and high contrast white and dark vest. No yellow wash. Back side showed two obvious white patches at rump. Photos. EAWP present for comparison; obviously smaller with yellow wash.
