NOTES: 21 songs of bird #5 recorded in two parts at 5:11:02 and 5:22:44; cut began at 5:09:38 am, after bird began with a long call at 5:07:38 am; bird was 50 meters away at first; tape off at 5:11:02 am, after which, the bird gave a long call at 5:11:22 am, another at 5:13:28 am, and then a song; second part began at 5:14:06 am, with bird right up overhead 35 meters away; the bird began singing this day rather late, first giving only two songs from well to the north, before moving to the trees where I began recording; it was either singing quietly or was blocked by dense vegetation for part of this cut; it was also singing only infrequently this day; recorded along entrance road, 800 meters out from the base [ca. 03¡ 21Õ 09" S, 54¡ 56Õ 34" W]; largely clear, calm, 76¡ F.
