NOTES: 113 songs and 1 long call of bird #4 recorded at 5:20:45 and 5:32:25; bird began with a long call at 5:07:45, after which tape began at 5:08:25 after missing two songs; bird remained 50-60 m out from north-east end of trail, beginning where he often began, but not moving closer as it had done on previous days; mid-way through recording, bird eventually moved to trees about half way out the trail, and 40 m from me, and then 40-50 m to the east; unseen bird remained in middle to upper level of the trees; additional long calls were given by a second bird in the distance; recorded just off of entrance road about 500 m W of highway (03¡ 21Õ 03" S, 54¡ 56Õ 00" W); clear, calm; filters off initially to maximize recording of Mitu song, but later switched to HP-1 position as noted.Hylexetastes (perrotii) uniformis.
