NOTES: 31 songs of bird #4 at dawn; a new bird that was singing when I arrived at 5:36; includes odd, twittering calls that may have indicated an interaction; above a small draw along entrance road about 500 m W of highway in what looked like tall second-growth; unseen bird was 25 m up overhead in a 30 m tall tree; partial song given during announcement was the first after recorder was turned off; no subsequent vocalizations were heard by the time I left the area at 6:10; mostly clear, calm, 76¡; sun in treetops at the end.
