Observation details
Seen as you enter the main valley East of the office buildings, near the lone island of trees. Sitting on powerline. First noted that it looked like a phoebe/flycatcher/kingbird. As I drove closer, it flushed down a bit on the powerline and wagged tail like a phoebe. As I got closer, I noticed it looked more like a Say's than an Easter. I did not have binoculars with me nor a good camera. I stopped the truck and walked to a better sun angle to try for better colors. The bird had very cinnamon underparts mainly lower belly and undertail covs. The rest of the bird was pretty much a gray or gray brown color. Tail was darker than the body. This was about as good of documenting the bird as I could get with a phone camera. The last I saw of the bird, it was heading towards a sewer lagoon which is on the right past the first "Y" in the road (stay left) and through a low water crossing and kink in road.
