NOTES: Two birds were moving about 10 to 15 meters up and 10 to 20+ meters away in an old eucalyptus plantation with native vegetation mixed in; birds were more-or-less together (enough so such that I was often not sure if I was pointed at the calling bird much of the time); one individual seen well before I began recording appeared to be an adult, not sure about the second bird; birds were in mid-levels in growth that was not overly dense; native, sandy-belt forest was just across the road; partly cloudy, calm, 76¡ F; 18¡24Õ00" S, 39¡51Õ43" W. Most songs overloaded. ML: Background subject changed from recordist's original identification of Vireo olivaceus chivi to Vireo olivaceus chivi/diversus to conform to eBird Taxonomy (v. 1.55). -Jay McGowan/Matt Medler, July 2015. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, Second-growth, Grove, Exotic.
