Observation details
Flicker id group think this is Willow, based on color. That would also be more the default in this area compared to Alder which is more to the east. Not heard. I wasn't expecting this much eye-ring on a Willow, but they have shown me examples of Willow that have it. Can rule out Least on head shape, bill length and tail width. Ruling out Dusky on bill color. Acadian not common this far west, and would have more wingbar contrast. So a tentative Willow Flycatcher.
