Recorded with a MKH 20, 30" fiberglass Roche parabola, and a HHb 1000 Portadat Recorder " HPF@180 "-SBA 13/11/02 [These represent exclusively the Incipient Locomotory Hesitance Vocalizations (ILHVs) of Smith (1966. Communication and relationships in the genus Tyrannus. Publ. Nuttall Ornith. Cl. 6), or the "Kip" Calls of BNA. There are many calls of the kingbird between 0:36 and 1:29 (better earlier in this range) and two wing flutters as the bird sallied outward.
