NOTES: Notes: "song of generally perched male. Initially on post ca. 2m up then flew to a bush about 21/2 m. up, then a flight song and eventually on the same bush; 12-15m away; open grassy fields with a hedgerow of small trees. Recorded with HHb PDR-1000 Portadat recorder, Sennheiser MKH-20. Inside a fiberglass Roche 30" parabola, limiters off, HHS filters in cut position."HPF@180 -SBA 12/11/02 [This appears to represent primarily the "See-yew" Call of BNA (as confirmed by Dr. Jean Woods, Delaware Mus. Nat. Hist.), but there is also one "Chunk" Call (2:21), and three songs, all essentially of the same song-type. I am less certain about the soft and somewhat tinny "seep" calls at 1:455, 1:54, 1:585, 2:03-2:19 (4), and 2:21, which do not really match anything described or pictured in the BNA account (probably either lone "See" calls (of the "See-yew") or possibly the "Pink" Call despite the fact that it is descending rather than ascending). Quality unchanged (1-2) - CAM - 15 September 2005].
