NOTES: Notes: "some intermittent traffic noise; moving constantly 8-15m away. almost completely clear but clouds seen off to the west; trace breeze; low 50's. grassy field with grass nearly a meter tall with dead stalks sticking up out of generally green grass; bird well seen at times sitting up on dead stalks in open ca. 1m up, other times buried in grass. did a circle around me maintaining about same distance; 28 May 2001 first found by. Recorded with HHb PDR-1000, Sennheiser MKH-20 microphone inside a 30" Roche fiberglass parabole, limiters off, HHb filters in cut position." HPF@180-SBA 12/11/02.
