Observation details
See photos - counted 26 flying in flock - the habitat was a cornfield with stubble that had retained water from a recent rain. Several species were present. The Baird's Sandpipers were noticeably larger than the Least Sandpipers when seen next to each other. They also had black legs, buffy breastband, and a short, black, fairly straight bill.
