Media notes
Circling around the bridge and crop fields, perhaps 10-20 m above the ground on average. I was standing on the bridge. Individuals ranged from 5-25 m distance from the mic. I assume they nest under the bridge. A few Barn Swallows were mixed in but the vast majority were CLSW. Segments work around passing traffic.
Observation details
The Cliff Swallows were mostly separated from the Barn Swallows. the Cliff Swallows were hanging around the Hwy 34 bridge over Hurricane Creek while the Barn Swallows were several 100 m away over a gravel lot next to the Bollinger County Co-op building.
