Observation details
Re-found from Rhonda Howard's earlier re-discovery earlier today. A medium-sized. bird with white belly and undertail, grayish blue nape, wings and upper tail surface, two white wingbars, and a heavy, hooked grayish-black bill. The upper breast, throat and supercilium were all bright yellow. Slightly darker auriculars set off the yellow, and a small white spot could be seen at some angles, between the eye and the base of the bill. The bird sang loudly and frequently from the area it was first described: across the lake and slightly left of the bridge. It remained high in the sycamores and willows most of the time.
