Observation details
Much-discussed Caprimulgid found by Andrew Don that was present for the whole day and viewed by many. Initially reported as a EWPW, then ID later changed to CWWI. Based on an analysis of photos and video, I believe this individual to be a EWPW. Pertinent identification features include the pattern of the outer rectrices from underneath, the defined crown stripe, and the apparent small size in the field (though the latter character is tough to judge).
