Observation details
Continuing bird. Observed continuously as it preened (mostly) and foraged from 11:40-11:55 am. White egret appearing slightly larger than nearby SNEG's. Two long plumes, one which was 1/2 to 2/3 the length of the other (appeared to vary depending on how the bird held its head); dark lores (appeared pinkish when viewed head-on but more grayish when seen from the side); blackish-gray bill appeared slightly longer and thicker than bills of nearby SNEG's; blackish-gray legs; feet not seen. Wind at about 15 mph from the right in photos and video. Video at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcQktFoER8FMJJLG3hr56NA/videos
