Observation details
Observed and reported on OBOL today by Pam Otley. It was relocated in the large laurel bushes on the S side of the USFWS building actively flycatching. It later moved to some low perches just to the south near the nature trail/board walk. It was identified as a ATFL by the whitish throat, pale yellow belly, brown cap, peaked head and rufous coloring in the tail and wings (see photos). It called "ka-brik" at least once.
