Observation details
Continuing bird found earlier by Daniel Tinoco. In parking lot median near restrooms and ampitheater. C.Y. was on the bird when I arrived. It flew towards entrance of wildlife area when a car parked next to it, and we couldn't relocate it. Size, shape similar to American Robin. Orange underparts with thick bold black breast band. Black head but orange throat and orange supercilium. Blue-gray back, intricate orange/black wing pattern. Photos.
